I think he has entered the world of frustrating tuning ! sometimes as we all know a paticular car just wont go Boy I think you hit the nail (or axle) on the head there! ;D

Have you tried swapping out the front wheels, just to eliminate anything with the particular wheel?
Other thing would be, have you tried opening the gap on the rears? I have helped with a couple cars that just wanted a little mroe room to speed up. Never understood it, gave up trying and just left it for them.

i think if i was commited to that car , i would get it running as straight and as fast as i could get it, and then start turning the rear axles 1 at a time and see if there's improvements.
im certainly not know for my tuning abilities !!
maybe glenn, john or carolina can chime in on some techniques here, we would all like this !

I think it is best to wait for updated pics. However how is the car weighted? How close does the weight extend out to the sides and top of the car?

Hmmm I will try rotating the wheels and axles to see if that makes a difference.

Well at this point I don't know how "committed" I am. Really I am at a point that I might just shelf it for now and move on to the next car.

I have taken a lot of pictures at different angles and always see the cant. I think W's on to something. Flip your car over and see if the rears are negative camber. It happens where you mark the block for the top. But then drill it the wrong way. You should see a 3 degree cant a mile away.

I'm with Acme; sorry but the rears don't look like their canted at all my Well they are definitely canted but maybe not to the angle that it should be. Which is weird because these holes were drilled using a Proxxon drill and the Block. Since the consensus seems to be the canting on the rear axles is the problem I started building a new car. I drilled the rear axles using the Block (just like we did with the last car) and the supplied pin on my old drill press (haven't bought a Proxxon yet). I will post pictures later to see the difference. Thanks for all the replies so far.
