I have been working on a box to transport cars on the plane for LIMA... I have a question for anyone who has worked with pick n pluck foam...I picked and plucked and made a tight fit for some cars so they won't move around during travel and was wondering if anyone knows if this stuff is a good idea??? Am I going to take my cars out and have a bunch of little foam pieces stuck in the wheel bores Is a snug fit a good idea with pick n pluck?? I can post a pic if that helps?? Thanks for any input...Maybe I will post a pic later anyway... Docb ;D

Docb
I ship my cars inside Pelican cases that are lined in Pick N Pluck foam. I have not had any of the the problems you are describing. Based on my experience I would have to say you should be OK.
