Hello everyone, Alex and I have come up with a design and have moved onto the construction phase of our first Super Mod(thanks to David twisting my arm a little) ;D.I have failed miserably at trying to find a way to drill accurate holes with such a small bit.Our drill presses collets won't hold the bit and my other options have been a dremel tool and a pin vise.Neither of which I have had any luck with as I have not come up with a way to guide the bit as I drill. A little help with some drill guide ideas would be greatly appreciated . Thanks, KOH

Thanks, KOH KOH, I'm not sure what size bit you need, but Sears sells very small drill bits with 1/4" shanks that are part of their Speed-Loc system. These bits will work in a drill press. Hope this helps...
