I was curious if anyone has any ideas on why our car is lazy down the hill but really pulls away near the end of the track. The car in question is a 3 wheel rail runner with mild -cant in the rear and + cant on the fdw. The body is narrowed 1/16 for fdw and the cog is about 3/4". No noticable wobble.

You may be running unlightened wheels with great alignment and design. The lightened wheels beat you off the line but your superior COM and alignment save the day...

Thanks, guys. You are both correct. The car steers too much to fast. Yes we are running full weight wheels, with good alignment(except for steer).
