Just looking over the rules and seen that hacking up the cars will no longer be allowed. I'm new to this, not trying to sound stupid. But, I think you know where I'm going with this. What is hacking up a car? Can somebody define that rule please?

Thanks Mood, sometimes there are terms I don't understand that was one of them. sounds like it would be fun to build one. Maybe I will give it a try after I get some experience. I am building a pure stocker to race for the 1st time just wanted to make sure I wasn't violating any rules. By looking at the times on the PDDR Forum, there are some fast cars out there and I know there are a lot of tricks to learn. Looking at the pics, videos and reading the the imput from the builders, I believe the PDDR Forum is the best place to start. Thanks again for your help.

that comment is directed towads the door slammrs class in that division we use 1:24 and 1:18 sized model car kits. there is a winged car underneath. and the model gets clipped on. each time there is a race there is a theme such as car from the 50s, trans am, chevy and then everyone will have a car depending. there was a builder that found a technicality in the rules and was cutting off the roof of cars (hacking them up) to increase aerodynamics aka faster cars. Hey Mood I believe it's 1:24 & 1:25 model kits
