Can you post pics?
What is the COM and how are the weighted?
Do they both steer the same amount?

Taterhead,
Take your cars, put them on the Block with the front sticking over on end. Slide the car forward until it gets to its balance point on the edge of the Block. Once it gets to the tipping point mark it and measure the distance from the center of the axle slot to the that point. This is probably the quickest reference for COM. You can also use another kit block or flat object that fit between the wheels and gets the wheels off the ground for this purpose.

No problem. There are a lot of great folks on the sight who have shared freely. I'm just starting to understand all of the pieces. Now I have to put them together.
As for the cars, are they set-up to run against the rail? if so, how much steer did you put in for each car?

Since you are not railriding... www.florian.org/Kids/Scouting/PineAlign/PineAlign.htmlUse the above website to determine the problem and then let us know. Do not use the suggestions on the site for fixing the problem.... This should identify the mis-alligned wheel (Hopefully) Did you raise one wheel? Did you cant the rears or front? If you did the website may be less acurate... it is good however to cant the wheels. Just need to know to help solve the problem...

Is it the slow car that has the wiggles?
If so let us know which wheel is having the issue and we may be able to help.
