I saw a post that said "be sure not to have any graphite on rear wheel treads". Pure stock, PWD racing, BSA wheels. I have always applied graphite to the entire wheel, all wheels. Opinions? Thanks.

No graphite on the tread. However some on the inside edge where it might hit the center guide....
And on the hub.
You want the treads clean

No graphite on the tread of the rear wheels;
but, do apply graphite to the tread of the dominant front wheel.
Am I correct? I believe that is what Glenn did in his video "30 Years in 30 Minutes"

Glenn is the man! ;D ;D ;D
I have the video but must have missed that part...
Many of the cars raced at PDDR in the graphite days had graphite all over the tread of the front wheel...
Not mine though. I was likely missing out. :-)
