Will be having complete remove of herniated Disc at L5-S1 Next Tuesday March 20. For those of you who pray, please keep me in mind!!
Will be in the hospital for 3 nights, as they have to fuse the vertebrae and it will be very tender.
Should be home about the 23rd, and I will "get" to miss work for 6 weeks.
May be sending some cars in for "time tests" will let you know How I do.
Thanks RC

Thanks Tim. Im trying to correlate times on my wood 32' track with times on you AL track. The bronze one in my video was about 2.55 on my track. Most of the ones I make now with "normal" tuning run around 2.50...BIG difference on a 32' track. My AWANA cars (2 of them) ran around 2.45-2.46. IM trying to see what times I need on mine to be competive in your league.
Thanks RC

Hey RC First off, good luck with your surgery. I can relate to your situation as lower back pain and disc injuries are what I treat most in my practice. Second, how far from the end of your 32 foot track is your timer? Or if it is easier what it the total distance from start to finish line? I also have a 32 foot track and have figured out pretty close to the equivalent of my times with PDDR's 42 foot Aluminum track. ;D P.S. Hopefully after surgery you will be feeling great and doing this:

Shoot me an Email Docb I have about 28.xx ft total travel, but since I built my own track, the slope may not quite be the same. What is your "practice"? Thanks RC
