HEY FELLAS
BIG RACE LAST NIGHT MY KIDS COULDN'T OF DONE BETTER, SON 1ST IN DIVISION. DAUGHTERS FIRST AND SECOND IN THEIR DIVISION. THE DAUGHTER IN SECOND PLACE RAN HER CAR BACKWARDS ALL NIGHT JUST HAPPENED TO NOTICE IT IN THE PICTURES GO FIGURE. QUOTE OF THE NIGHT WAS "COULD YOU SIT OUT NEXT YEAR SO MY SON CHARLIE HAS A CHANCE TO WIN. WHAT SUCKS IS I HELPED OUT THIS YEAR WITH THE WORKSHOPS AND NEITHER HER OR HER HUSBAND ASKED FOR HELP. I MIGHT HAVE TO START RACING WITH YOU GUYS AND SIT OUT WITH THEM NEXT YEAR. ANY WAY THANKS FOR ALL THE ADVICE ON THIS BOARD. I HAVE SPENT THE TIME AND HAVE LEARNED A LOT HERE.

Thanks Scott If I remember correctly didn't you have a similar situation? I agree with you they should do a little homework

Our pack took top three overall at districts as well as the open classes. Took the ranks that they ran too.
My son doesn't even race with the cub scouts anymore, he runs semi's - that what they allow the boy scouts to do. I go back just to help out.
They are now talking about doing district wide workshops - I've been drafted to help with those. I would have volunteer anyways.
I do feel that some would prefer if we would no longer help out - too bad, Wait until they get a load of the stuff I will show folks this year. ;D
