is fenders on BSA cars racing on 32' and 35' wood tracks worth any speed? I wood like to know before our next build. If they are worth a little speed were could a guy get a set?

Personally I have tried some fairings. Fairings will not make a poorly built car run fast. What I mean is if your wheel hubs, axles, alignment, com and lube are not spot on then it's not worth the time. Once you get fast with the basics then it would appear that fairing will help squeak out a little more speed. Once I build a non fairing car that runs 2.940 then I will look at fairings again. As of now they take a lot of time away from perfecting the basics. Just my opinion.

I agree with ACME. However, all other things being equal, fairings will help you pick up a bit of speed. In my opinion, wheels/axles/lube are the places to spend most of your time. Still substantial speed gains left to be found there. I think you can buy them from MB or Jewkes Engineering, but if you have a bandsaw or scrollsaw you can make your own easily.
