Hello, I`ve noticed a pre-existing groove on the inside of the wheel bore if you hold it up to a light. On the old wheels I noticed this groove is in a different spot in relation to the mold #. The new mold wheels I have inspected seem to have this groove in roughly the same spot (close to the inner hub). My question is : Will this groove have any effect on the edges of the grooves on a grooved axle? Should I take this groove in to account when making grooved axles or should I ream the bore larger to remove it? Any thoughts? PS: sorry if this has been covered

Are you talking about the step inside the hub instead of a groove?

Hello, there is a very shallow groove on the inside of the bore in between the inside and outside step on some of the wheels i`ve inspected. It looks to be molded in very, very shallow.
