I got that flyer too. If it doesn't look like any of the crap scales you can get off ebay coming out of Hong Kong then go for it.

I'm sure it's from China. I got a similar one about a year ago at HF for $14.00 It works great. This one looks better.

I have a 5lb postal scale for $24.00 and it is dead on as well...

My little cheap China scale made in Malaysia assembled in Mexico for the American market is dead on as well. Same as your TV, VCR and cell phone. I think the Jewkes axles may be the only thing left made in America.
