does anyone have a link to watch this on the web. I can not find anything about it... Go to the Fox and Friends webpage, at the top there is a tab for video. Click on that and it will bring up the various segments for the days show. Click on the MBs clip and check it out. Andrew had a Slammer, and another car running.

Looks like another show where the hosts have plenty of time to talk about their off camera lives and not enough time for the filler segments. I think viewers learned... 1) pinewood derby racing is not only for kids 2) they can buy "all the stuff" online 3) Harley Davidson will be having a live proxy race next year 4) Zeebzob talks too much!

Well, I made it back home. Everything was really crazy - we arrived 4 hours late to our hotel due to flight delays. I get to the hotel at about 10:30 pm, the PR guy meets us and says "Hey, you have your own track, right? We could use your help with the track" I thought yeah, no problem. Then I see the unopened box. So we grab a quick slice of pizza and a beer and start deciphering the instructions on the track. It was a plastic derbymaster. I'd never even seen one before. Finally at about 2:00 - 2:30 am we think we have it far enough that it can be quickly set up in the plaza outside Fox studio. I finally fall asleep at 3:45, wake up call is at 4:15 as we have to transport the track a couple blocks. Well, of course its pouring rain and the producer has to come up with a quick backup plan. We went into the studio to look for some suitable areas, we ended up setting the track up outside the green room....and then we wait and wait and wait. When they do get to us, they were supposed to talk to Chaz (the owner of the Harley dealership), run a couple races then ask me how I learned to make the cars go fast. I am all set to talk about proxy racing at PDDR. Next thing I know the guys behind the camera are giving the wrap it up sign and that's it. Outta time. Bu-bye. The thing that really bummed me out was they told me to bring a whole bunch of cars - so I brought 10. I had them all set up in a display and the stocker that won the event at Harley was sitting right on top of The Block. They were supposed to show that shot as a teaser - but they never used it. That PR guy went over and over some mock questions that were going to be asked, but that's live TV for you, it was all off the top of their heads. It was still cool, though. It was very surreal when we were standing there next to the track, a door opens and I'm standing face to face with Geraldo Rivera. Nice guy, he spend a couple minutes talking to us about pinewood derby racing.
