Hey ,
I have a question for you all, I am semi new and last year my sons car won his pack and 2nd in districts, the pack race was a time average car ran approx 2.95 over about ten runs with a low time of 2.88 and a high time of 3.08 on a best 42 foot track. the car ran an extend wheel with 3 wheels touching the track. the problem was of the ten races he came in second 2 times and was caught approx in the last 1/3 of the track.. do any of you guys have any ideas of how or why this happened?? at the district race he lost to the first place car by about 1/2 of an inch i did notice in that race his back of the car was floating back and forth a little on the axles...the cars com was just in front of the rear axles, any ideas would be great...
thanks

Can you post a pic of the car? Or describe the body shape height included, weight placement and wheel alignment?
One possible reason is that your weight was placed too far forward or too high on the car or the car was too light.
Are you able to cant the rears? Can you railride?
