I have a set of these but they are difficult to insert into the axle holes. I drilled my holes with a #43 bit and followed up with a pin vise and a different #43 bit. The holes seem clear. How are you inserting them without bending the axle at it's smallest diameter locations?

They are the 91s and I've only ventured at getting the tips in the holes. I think the 93s will only be 0.093" at the section that sits inside the wheel hub and the rest of the axle will be like the 91s.

WHat drill bit are you using? What brand? Deep black polished looking bit from the local ace hardware store, $1.19 #43 bit. I used a natural steel looking #43 bit in a pin vise to check the axle holes and everything was clean.
