Full body car #2, made to race under the local, strict BSA rules. Still working through the kinks, but it shows promise.

LCD,
This is one nice ride !
Have you track tested it ? I was curious if it cleared during the track slope to the flat ?

The car looks fantastic!!!! Is it all pine or did you throw a little balsa in the mix?

The car is made entirely of pine, mostly because I don't have ready access to balsa out here in the sticks, but the car still has a 3/4" center of mass. Our local rules do not allow axle bending or cant, so the car will be set to run straight. The rear fender clears the track, but just barely. It is definitely a BestTrack only car. Here is a closeup of the rear wheel well and fender... We'll see if I can get it running for Saturday
