I bought the food containers at Walmart. They were $3.00 a piece. I then bought 1.5 inch foam at Home depot. The cost was $18.00. I like to use sponges as packing also. They are $2.00 a piece. Take the container and press it onto the foam to make an impression. Cut the foam piece out. Fit it to your container. Then remove the foam after fitting it inside the box. Then fit the foam to your car. Takes about 5 minutes per box. You can use a sharp knife. I used my oscillating saw. Then slide the cut and fit foam back into the box. Then insert your car into the foam. Add some sponge over the top to secure your car down. 4 cars can pack in a priority box exactly. I figure I have $3.50 in each car container. They are very light weight and strong. Plus it will be easy for those Jewkes boys to pack.
I wanted to add that the foam starts out as one piece that will fit into the box. After cutting to fit the car it is still one piece. I was asked if there were 3 pieces of foam and there is not.
