I'm used to sending 2 cars at a time to PDDR. Now I'm faced with at least 6 cars maybe 8 that's going to the Nationals. It's going to take me some time to build the carrier. I have a few designs in mind but haven't started to build it. Does anyone have a picture of their multi-car shipping method? Thanks!

ncnightmare (LA Sound) had posted instructions on how to make a 4 car carrier (Could be adjusted up.)
I am unable to find it however. Anyone able to find it?

I have designed a new way to ship them. I can send 8 at a time in a box less than a cubic foot. They are super safe and can be inserted and removed in seconds. I will post details shortly. I've seen what LA is talking about and it is pretty slick.

I built 1 that ships 4 cars. I even found a local guy to laser my racing team logo on the top of it. Ian This is how the cars are held into the "nests"

Ian,
That is a nice box. How do the carriers attach into the box? Also do you have a picture of a carrier open without a car in it?
Thanks for sharing...

The carriers are screwed to the bottom and then I put a thin piece of foam over it where the car sits. Then the top wood block gets a piece of thin foam on the bottom side (side that touches the cars). The Velcro is attached to the bottom block and when the cars are all in the carriers I just loop the Velcro around each carrier and Wallah!! The only problem I have had with this design is the little fingers I have made to keep the cars from shifting around have fallen off at times during shipping. I have a new design but have yet to make it. All in all, this box works great but there will be improvements made before it is shipped again. I do not have any pics of the box without cars but will gladly take some today.
Ian

Too funny!!! Only watched the video (more times than I will admit to...) ;D ;D ;D
I see them there now that you mention it...
To get 8 in a box he must stack them in some fashion. How does that work?
