I have been pondering this for a little. Where does everyone buy their blocks of wood to build their pine cars?
Are they all pre cut to length and width?
Do you cut the wood down to the length and width?
Just wondering.

I just got some clear pine from the local Woodcraft store. I got 6 blocks for about 5 bucks. Had to have my dad cut it down with his tablesaw, but the price was still good.

i get my blanks from max-v
lass than 2 bucks a pc and are real true !

I get a long piece of 2x4 pine at the home improvement stores and cut it down. I get about 12-14 blocks out of it for less than three bucks. I'm all about the savings, I'm Scotch!!!
