I'm new to this board and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Joey Ayers and I live in a small town called Mt. Airy, GA. I started out with PWD racing when I was in Cub Scouts.(I still have the first car my dad and I built together. For the past few years, I've been building and racing Royal Ambassador cars (RA Racers). At first, I wasn't doing good at all, but then I decided to improve my skills, so I read up on different forums, order better parts. Since then, I've had a lot better luck; last year I made it to the state race in Georgia, broke a track record, and came within a couple thousandths of second of winning the local, and regional race. Which brings me to where I'm at now, I've been proxy racing for almost a year now, and I can tell I've gotten better. However, I'm not where I want to be. Who here isn't? ? Look forward to talk with everyone on here. Joey

Welcome Joey! I think you'll find a lot of fun at PDDR. There are without a doubt the fastest and most talented builders in the country here. I've been sending cars in since last April and I have learned so much since then. Build a car, send it in and have some fun!
