White glue works well....just clamp it and let dry under pressure

i have to agree with zeebzob just use regular white glue

For "build ups" like adding fenders and such gel super glue works well. Sets up fast.
I prefer to use Good 'Ol white glue. Balsa is very porous. After I've shaped & sanded the body, to "seal" the balsa I add a few drops of warm water to some white glue, then paint it on the surface. Let that dry overnight. I find that it sands well, and won't soak up a lot of primer.
