Rail Hugger?

Now I've never tried making a car like this but if i decide to try this on my car do I want the domanit wheel to be touching the track, or do I want it to be not touching the track? I always thought the domanit wheel was touching but I could be wrong.

By the way, I purcahsed "The block" a couple weeks ago. No more slotting for me

Sounds like a builder name
Yes the dominant wheel is touching/steering....hence the word dominant.
