I built a new Pure Stocker for the February race and I put the clear on tonight. I should get a picture posted at least by Sunday. ;D It is an exact copy of my Atomic Punk car. The only difference is the new car has a square rearend while the Punk was rounded. Also, Cherry Bomb is weighted with tungsten and around a 3/8" COM and the Punk was a lead car with a COM of 1/2". Oh, I almost forgot the most important thing. Cherry Bomb is a "Block" drilled car and the Punk was a "Pro-Body" drilled car. I believe the Punk ran around a 3.00 sec average when it raced at PDDR. It will be interesting to see the difference in times between the 2 cars.

It looks just as sweet as the punk . If you ever need to find a good home for the other one I would be glad to take it off your hands .

Wow. the car looks awesome! I may be wrong, but it looks like you took LA's advise from The Block video - is that the pro body tool under the car?

I ran a few runs tonight and it did OK. I have never had a car that ran basically the same times within a couple of thousandths no matter where I adjusted the FDW steer. Normally a car will speed up or slow down, this one just basically stayed the same. I still have to trim out the weight and it should be ready to go. Has anyone ever had that problem? How do you find the sweet spot? Maybe I should adjust on the rear axles and see if anything happens. It just seemed kind of odd.
