I have seen many posts on here about how people route out the bottom of the cars to add weight. I do the same, however my cavity is never the same size twice. Has anyone made a jig for routing out the bottom of their cars and if so would they be willing to post pics and a description of how they built it?

Here is the one I use: cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300157543674It requires a router with router table, a 1/4" straight cut bit, a striaght edge (thin strip of wood), and a few clamps. You can see the pics of the cavity size...You can make them as deep as you want. RC
