The Jewkes' have done a great job of preparing a video showing how to assemble a Door Slammer in the sold out kits thread. They also show the chasis they put in the kit. I have been working on one and found the video helpful. Now all I need to do is learn how to paint

So far I have only submitted all wood bodies to race. I have put a 57 Chevy together & started on a Daytona and basically just used a 3/8" high BSA block then added wood @ the front & back to match the deck lid & hood height & epoxied together.
The thread that iheacox mentioned is very good but they are all sold out.

We will be taking orders for more Door Slammr' kits after we finish with the June race and video's... and are gearing up for more kits... This is a very fun class to race in...
