all done but the tuning, no exotic wood, no strange shapes, just pine and speed. wrapped in muffler repair tape top sides and bottom. here are the pics. this one is for Derby Freak,

I like the shiny "wrap". Is that aluminum Duct Joint sealing tape...or something more exotic like Monokote, Coverite, etc

Is that aluminum Duct Joint sealing tape...or something more exotic like Monokote, Coverite, etc i think its stainless muffler repair tape, could be the aluminum though. never thought much about using it till someone mentioned using it to hold in the weight. i figured why not just do the whole car? lots faster than paint and looks good to boot. was fairly easy to apply, only had to start over 1 time. i think you will see this look from me a few more times. bri

Cool looking body wrap. Did you prime or seal the wood before applying the stainless tape?

Good job DNA, car looks great. I guess you figured since you couldn't make a fast car you would make a pretty car. ;D ahhhhhh thats what i been waiting for!!! ;D i put a special pic in there just for you, figure its the view you will see most! dont worry though, figure we can both dust Reso next Saturday. ;D
