ok for all of you that were wondering about my car hear is the length it is 7 inch from wheel to wheel the front wheel it right inline with the starting peg so it is behind the "Red Zone "

i hope the sensors can pick up your wheels. if not the offset of almost 3/4 of an inch means youll have to travel that much further then anyone elses car. ouch good point - and i think the sensor is in the middle of the lane.

3/4 of an inch doesn't sound like much....but at this level, it's the little things that make the difference.
It's still is a very nice ,fast looking car

You will lose the potential energy of having the weight "fall" that extra 3/4 inch.
Check out some of the Door Slamm'rs, Glenn's blue Camaro has a little "chin spoiler" to raise the back of the car higher up the hill. Longer "fall" down the slope = more potential energy.
Once the back of the car hits the flat, it's all coasting.
At least that's how my 9 year old son explained it to me....
