I was looking to test run a few cars on a track but don't have access to one. Is anyone on the east coast with a test track willing to let me send them a couple cars to make a few passes? Would like to get back into the racing and want to make sure I can compete with the big boys without embarrassing myself. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Maybe Shadetree was just picking at me because I NEVER charge one red cent to use anything I have or for anything I can do to help anybody.
The only issue I have is if you plan to use my stuff to build and tune cars to sell for a profit, then that's the fast way to have your ass kicked right out the door and never to be welcomed back. I do this just for fun and NEVER will once ask for any money. I figure if I help out anyway I can, good luck will swing back around my way from time to time.

I'm grateful for Glenn, David and John for placing their healing hands on my cars. The fastest time I ever turned was when the Jewkes wrapped my broken car with blue tape! I miss that tape............... I wonder if maybe some axles could be turned with a new type of head for these new wheels? All we need is a little nub to get the pliers to hold in pulling the axles. Maybe a big axle with a cap?

Carolina,
I promise you I am not looking to take advantage of your generosity for profit. I am just trying to move further along in the hobby and help my nephews out with their cars each year. I appreciate all the information I receive from all the builders on this forum and because of it, my nephews won districts last year and are headed there again this upcoming weekend. Now I am trying to get back to racing at PDDR and I need a little help getting over the hump. I want to be in that "not so exclusive anymore" Sub 3.0 Club. Just ordered a bunch of supplies from LA and will being getting my cars to Carolina soon. Again I appreciate all the help I receive here and look forward to racing again real soon.

Scruffy21,
Speaking from personal experience, Carolina has helped me more than you can "shake a stick at". I have been to his barn several times and not once has he asked for money. I have offered several times, but it went on deaf ears.
If Carolina tweaks it, I'm sure you will not embarrass yourself. ;D
Welcome back and congrats on your nephew's success!
Ed
