Great idea for the Slammr's next year Should be fun ;D ;D It will surely put a different spin to the Slammr class. I think it is going to make for some spectactular racing.

I have a question about the Slammer class for '09.
Will the Camero/Firebird, Charger, '5 '6 '7 shoebox, Mustang, Corvette races be in addition to the regular Slammer race, or do I need to enter these races with this type of car to be in points race?
Just wasn't sure.

Scott, I'm pretty sure for points you have to race the specific car for that month. If another type or style is ran I wouldn't think it would get points.
I plan on running my Willys and Audi a couple of times next year but they will be sent out under Coastal Carolina Customs and raced just for kicks.

Scott Beakerboys you would have to run them for the points... we though it would make it fun for everyone to build the same car style and see who is the fastest... then at the king of the hill you get to choose one of your slammr's that competed in the points season to find the fastest car down the hill...
