Ok kinda new to all this, but made a couple of good cars for my kids. They took 2, 3 at their pack derby. Then my younger son put my older son out and went on to take fourth at district. Now we're headed to regionals and I was looking for a few pointers to fine tune. So...
Where is the best place to put most of my weight in the car? What is a good weight to car weight distribution? Pretty well any other things a novice may be overlooking.
Thanks guys.

I like to make the car body as light as possible and concentrate all of the weight in one location in the rear.
Everyone says one ounce on the front wheel. However is too conservative for most people.
What do the rules allow with regards to number of wheels touching. What wheelbase can you use and can you drill holes or need to use slots?
