I read on a post here some where that the turning speed and the pressure make a difference depending on what polish you are using.
Can you guys give me an idea of how to determine the proper pressure and speed?
Thanks,
Fred

That helps tremendously! Now only if my microlux I just purchased over the weekend had a 600rpm setting that would be great. Maybe I can change the gearing in the top to slow it down some more.
Thanks,
Fred

If you can't get the rpm's down to that range you could try very light pressure with wet sand paper. Keep the paper nice and damp to help the temp down. For wheels I use a cordless drill that I clamp to my bench with a velcro strip round the trigger at the speed I want to use.
