Any of you guys know what would be a proper thickness of shim stock to put under the Block to give a 1/2 degree axle hole?

I found the following measurements on another board.
3 deg - 3/32 bit 4 deg - 1/8 bit 5 deg - 5/32 bit under the block to drill canted hole.
It appears that for every 1/32= 1 degree. If this holds true, then 1/64(.0156) would give you 1/2 degree. A # 79 bit is .0145 and a # 78 bit is .0160.
Hope this helps

Thanks, Scott
I'll mount a block of wood in the Block and place a 1/64" shim under it and see what I come up with, I might as well slap a 1/32" shim under in too and check that also.

Have you found success with a particular cant degree than another ?
I have been canting axles for a couple of years now. But I have really never measured my canting of the axles. Opps on my part.
So would 5 degree be on the high side ? or not really ?
Seems tha average might be 3 to 3.5 degree. but since again I never measured mine,I am curious to what you all typically run.
on exstended wheel base, 4 on the ground.
