So... I've been searching and pondering the fact of does it matter how the wheels are aligned at the gate. Is it better for the wheels to be against the nail head, against the body, against neither,or does it matter? Has anyone even tested this? Thanks for the help

Rear wheels should be centered to the rail and pulled out toward the axle head. Furthermore, you should tune your car so the real wheels ALWAYS migrate out to the nail head.

pulling the wheels to the head of the nail is how i do it.... some cars like to be set up different on how you stage the car between the center guide... like how close do you put the front dom wheel to the guide. or how do you set the rears wheels to the guide.... each car can be different on how they like to be staged....
