I just don't see how an judge can look at a lightened wheel and say - hey you couldn't have possibly had the skill to lighten these wheels? You can't go to his house for him to prove how it was done. Either the rules would ban lightened wheels or not. This is just my opinion and I'm not forcing it on you. This is why I would like to read the rules. Really, all you have to say is that you smoothed the wheel out with Microgloss or something similar - explaining the lack of sanding marks, and what can they say? Unenforceable rule - or one to just DQ folks they don't want to win.

Hey David, Did I hear a rumor that you would have the paint DVD done on time for me to get one at the KOH or did I just start a rumor that I could get one at the KOH.
