Excellent video, Glenn, but you forgot to show one other great feature of "The Block"........When I cut the shape of my car with a band saw, I like to clamp the wood to the block. That way the shape comes out perfectly symetrical from side to side.

That's exactly how I cut my block out. It cuts out my cars very nice and equal on both sides

That way the shape comes out perfectly symetrical from side to side. THAT IS RIGHT... I FORGET ALL THE THINGS THAT IT CAN BE USED FOR... I GUESS WE NEED TO MAKE A LIST AND ADD TO IT AS WE GO... I THINK I TOLD YOU THAT IS WHAT YOU CAN USE IT FOR AS WELL...

I got another one to add to the list; I can use it to square the blade on my table saw I like to cut my wood blocks in 1/2 so I can get 2 cars out of one wood block

Don't forget it's uses as a potato masher, iron and an anti theft device! That's what I told my wife when "we" bought it

I used mine to drill axle holes for my kids mousetrap race car for his science class. It went nice and straight

I also use it for sanding my car. I just slide it in, and the block does the rest.

My BLOCK fell off the work bench last week & got a little ding in it didn't look like much *** *** *** TODAY *** *** *** while drilling some axle holes I notice the BLOCK was wobbling with a little file work back in business you boys need to treat the block like it is a tuff tool or somthing...
