It was a rush job to finish it so it isn't too pretty. Hopefully it will get there on time. Put a new slammr in the mail "GRX-2". Sorry Mood, didn't have time to take a pic The paint just dried, shoved in the wheels & axles, pushed it across the table & it kinda went the right general direction so I called it good. IT WAS A RUSH JOB. Also, Pinecar Dynamics sent in 57 Chevy "Half Glass". Good racing everyone

Tune next week on The Pinewood Derby Channel for the next installment of This Old Derby Raceway when Glenn installs Crown molding, High hat lighting and the Hot tub. Check local listings for scheduled times and dates. I can't wait to see it, I'm sure it's aweome!

Well well, we have a room to race in. It is not 100% finished but most of all it turned out pretty nice and I'm happy with the results... ;D It's been a long 30 days of hard work David is there right now as I'm at work... The track was setup late last night and he is doing the final leveling and cleanup now. David I'm sure will post some pictures for you all to see. look forward to the race tonight. See you all there in the chat room.

The car I sent in for Stock this month is the first one that I built using holes drilled with the "block". Again, this car was built to Cub Scout rules. It does not have lightened wheels. Our previous best Cub Scout time at PDDR is 3.0167. That's the time we are trying to beat this month.
Good Luck to Everyone:)

NICE PICTURES ;D ANY OF THAT WORK DONE USING THE BLOCK? CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT IN PERSON ;D ;D ;D Sure makes a good sanding block to make everything flat and smooth... ;D ;D ;D Also holds down the masking paper and plastic when you spray paint on the ceilings... If you need to adjust the electrical light boxes you can give them a light tap...
