Hey CGS - Don't get me wrong because those are both beautiful cars, but I thought (1) was supposed to be painted to match Eddie's Ax? What happened? I was really looking forward to seeing that tribute ride!

Barnyard That's my new Super Mod. I hope to paint it this weekend. It's just so hot . It's about 100 degrees with a heat index of 110. I've been getting up around 5 am and doing all my testing and tweaking. It's alot cooler early in the morning. My plan is to paint it tomorrow if all goes well.

OK, let me put my napkin around my neck and pull myself up to the table for my large serving of crow. LA Sound taught me a little lesson. I think LA could have raced his car down sideways and beat my "unbeatable" car. The good news is that I purchased The Block and some Jewkes wheels from LA a few weeks ago and made a car. It also might be able to beat my other car sideways. BIG thanks to LA for the block. I was a bit skeptical at first but OMG, it was at least.05 faster than my best the first pass down the track with no tuning! I wish you could see LA's setup. Great work shop and definately Down and Derby with the track running through the house. Lock up the women and children because The Outlaw is coming!

Dang it looks like Outlaw has been getting private tutoring from the Pure Stock & Stock record holder. Oh well, Crow isn't so bad and the sooner eaten, the sooner you can WASH the taste away! I'll have to admit, I thought I was nearly unbeatable until I visited the Jewkes basement a couple years age. I also learned quickly how to become a fly on the wall to learn from the real "PRO'S". One more week and the derby insanity will be thick as molasses

Well it looks like I may have to sit this one out . The new car was a flop. I put to much junk in the trunk and it was all over the place. I had to steer it so hard into the rail to keep it stable that it was painfully slow.Heartless has a nasty crack and may be toast. We will just have to see but it don't look good

I had to steer it so hard into the rail to keep it stable that it was painfully slow. You know you could have done that in May with your Stocker instead. Then Purple Haze would still be in the mix instead of retired. Finally opened her box (BTW Very Nice packing job, Glenn) long enough to steal some weight from her for a new Slammr'. Then back in the box she went Bubba

Finally going to send in a car and join the fray. Will be sending in my son's scout car for pure stock to get an idea as to what we need to do to be competitive.
I am hoping that someone can help a NOOB with a question or two about the return shipping.
We will be sending our car out in one of those flat rate priority boxes being cradled by a TOOB (thanks again FAST).
Is this the box that would be used to return it via the same rate or will it ship via regular box post? In which case our scale doesn't go high enough to know what to include to cover the return postage for standard box post.
Any help would be appreciated. I am hoping to get this out today to make sure it has time to arrive.
TIA

Mood, Thanks for the quick reply.
If they retuirn it in the same box, it shold come back as the same flat rate box service as I sent it correct? So I would know the fee since it isn't based on weight, whatever fits in the box.
How do I mark that on the registration form?

Just mark on the form the amount of the registration, 10.00 then add the flat rate price (remember, postage rates just went up) send a check for the amount of both and that's it. They will send it back in the same box at the same flat rate fee which you have included in your check. Good luck Saturday!
