I know how to open a photo bucket account. I have one and my avatar came from my account and I installed it. I can put it back I guess. Ed

John,
Congrats on a good field of cars. Had planned on getting something in the mail for your race, but family and church commitments have taken a large part of my time lately. Maybe next time.
Any possibility of getting info on times besides the top 2-3 cars?

Merry Christmas!! We had a family brunch over at the house this morning. Lots of fun...plenty of food and o course exchanging gifts. It even included my daughter's boyfriend. ;D He's a good guy and smart too. He's accepted into med school as a undergrad. As Carolina and Shadetree mentioned....we are waiting for the snow. How much depends on a couple fronts meeting at the right place/time. It's a big deal for us when they are predicting snow! Carolina, give us a review of how things go with that new tool! Shadetree, sorry about the work man! I guess you will have to wait on testing that crisco treatment Ed

Hotrod1 yes, we were at Kinston, NC at the Kinston Tobacco Nationals. We ran the car last year a few times without wheelie bars and it was not as consistent. Plus the bars made it easier to drive and more predictable. Have plans to go to KDS this weekend for Holiday Fess, but we are still watching weather. It is supposed to be high in the 40's with wind chill in the 30's. The cold weather will make it harder to keep heat in the track and I don't like the cold weather anymore. Some weather people are mentioning possibility of some cold precipitation in their forecasts late Saturday evening. It's a wait and see at the moment.
I have seen pics/old videos of Fulton's modified wagon and he was very successful with the car as well. I believe his wagon was 63 or 64?? Not sure on year, but it was a few years before our 66 model. I had seen the yellow wagon several times and yes, it was in the air quite a bit. If I'm not mistaken, the yellow wagon was an old super stocker as well and was run by Troy Humphrey in the late 70's, early 80's. Troy owns and operates the drag strip and round track at Jacksonville. NC. Troy's son, Ronnie and I are about the same age and grew up at the track. Troy's daughter married Greg Anderson, NHRA pro stock driver.
BTW are you also from NC?

Packed up pure stocker last night and placed in mail *** *** *** TODAY *** *** *** . Just wanted to do my part in sending in a place holder ;D For Immediate Release As a side note, this will probably be the last race for the current crew chief for Half Moon Racing. As ceo, I will be FIRING him after koh race. He has all year to help achieve our goals and to get us below 2.93. He just has not gotten the job done! Over the winter, we will find a new crew chief for Half Moon Racing that will allow us to meet our goals! ;D Good Luck to all Ed

No problem guys. I will be applying clear with no paint on one of my cars as well. It will take me forever to think about the design ....as though I'm not the most creative guy. I did not dare bring mine in the house as our little house dog might want to use it as a chew toy!

ljo, no problem....it was not taken the wrong way. i realized you may had seen the 913 on the windshield. It was was just a "car number" used by the local track. Almost all of the "local" tracks are were 1/4 mile years ago, but changed to 8th mile for safety reasons.
My first passion was/is with racing the big cars. ;D I just don't have the financial resources to go like we did years ago. thanks.
