It's not what you call a muscle car but it was my first car at 16 and I still have it in the barn. A 79' Camaro Z28 w/ factory 4-speed and all original. Also used to have and wished I still did, 63 Impala SS conv and chopped 50 merc.

THE BODY WORK IS ALL DONE IT JUST IS WAITING FOR THE ENGINE... THEN THE PAINT NINJA WILL GET A HOLD OF IT... IT JUST NEEDS ABOUT 450 - 500 HP AND SHE SHOULD RUN 10'S

Does your PG have a brake? With gearset is in the tranny? What gear in the back? What Does the car weight? A good 355 with a mild roller .630 - .640 lift 275 /280 on104- 106 center with a good set of heads will put that Vega in the 10.40 range easy along with the right chasis set up.

I would also like to be able to use a 150 hp shot of nos. once in a while for fun... but the car needs to run 10's before the nos.

Just thought I'd let you guys know how much I've enjoyed watching the Vega videos over the last half hour or so. ;D Watching the Drag Races and listening to "The Boys of Summer" by The Ataris on the PDDR Juke Box almost makes me forget there's 8 inches of snow on the ground outside my window Bubba p.s. Guess who's job it is to get rid of that white mess
