Can someone explain what a Khouse Groove is and what it does?

It is a slit cut in the top of the front drive axle so that tuning it can be done with a small flathead screwdriver or that type of tool. When you use a grip on the side of your axle head it can leave cut marks and cause resistance against your wheel well.

it a slit cut in the axle head use to adjust the steer of the axle on the FDW the 1st one to do this was Khouse Racing so it's called the KHouse groove
