Here's a new Modified for the National Championship Race. I painted it Euro Red and highlighted the water with black. I then at the last minute, decided to go over it with Candy Apple Red Kandy and I am glad I did. The color looks sooooo much better. Since I have a stocker painted orange this way called Orange Juice, I'm thinking of calling this one Tomato Juice or Mater Juice.

Carolina,
First - The car is off the chain (I think that is the new term).
Second - How did you shape that front end? Did you cut the body then clue on the front fenders? you are a craftsman indeed.

Carolina, First - The car is off the chain (I think that is the new term). Second - How did you shape that front end? Did you cut the body then clue on the front fenders? you are a craftsman indeed. I sanded the front end into the rough shape with my Dremel and then did all the final sanding by hand. It took a lot of lunch breaks to get it right. Greg, the car is about 3/8" thick. A 3.75 oz tungsten round goes in the back. Plus it has a 0.5 oz piece of lead in it. The car is completely hollow. It sounds like thumping a snare drum head.
